I am available to take on custom projects including photo shoots of homes, property, automobiles, pets, and the occasional human. No weddings or special occasions, thank you; I don't need the stress.

Rates vary but include an upfront fee for the time involved in taking the photos, plus travel expenses if any. Property photos may require several visits to catch the right light, varying weather and time of day if necessary. I then provide digital proofs from which you may order prints in varying sizes, with or without mats, frames, etc.
